We are a fast-growing Series B tech startup that helps financial institutions fight fraud and financial crime with AI, and we are expanding rapidly to meet the demands of the evolving financial landscape.
To support this growth, we are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Prague. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our lifecycle email marketing programs, with a strong focus on nurturing prospects, accelerating pipeline, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
We need someone who can blend strategic thinking, copywriting, segmentation, and performance analysis to turn email into a measurable revenue-driving channel.
❓What you'll do
This role involves building and optimizing lifecycle email programs that engage prospects at every stage of the funnel and convert them into qualified sales conversations.
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle email marketing campaigns across the funnel.
- Build nurture sequences for inbound leads, target accounts, webinar registrants, content downloaders, and other prospect segments.
- Create email journeys that move prospects toward meaningful conversion actions, especially demo requests and meetings booked with BDRs.
- Write compelling email copy tailored to different ICPs, industries, funnel stages, verticals and use cases, while always providing value.
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Work closely with content, product marketing, design and the rest of the marketing team to turn existing assets into effective email campaigns.
- Set up and optimize automated workflows in marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot), including triggers, branching logic, lead scoring inputs, and follow-up sequences.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, send times, email structure, and conversion paths.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, meetings booked, influenced pipeline, and email-driven opportunities.
- Continuously improve database health, audience segmentation, and campaign performance while following email marketing best practices.
- Ensure email campaigns are aligned with broader campaign themes, GTM priorities, and sales objectives.
❓What you're like
- You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to take ownership of email marketing as a pipeline-generating channel.
- You have at least 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, ideally in a B2B tech startup.
- You have hands-on experience building nurture programs and automated workflows that support lead generation and sales conversion.
- You are a strong copywriter, able to write clear, engaging, conversion-focused emails for senior B2B audiences.
- You are comfortable using marketing automation and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to build workflows and measure performance.
- You understand segmentation, personalization, lead nurturing, and how to support long and complex B2B buying cycles.
- You are analytical and confident in interpreting campaign data to generate actionable insights and improvements.
- You enjoy testing and optimizing, and you bring a performance mindset to every campaign.
- You are organized, collaborative, and enjoy working cross-functionally with sales and the wider marketing team.
- Familiarity with the financial crime or fintech industry is a plus.
