Fabrica Robotics builds automatic tile grouting robots to boost construction productivity. We are working towards a robot that is able to automatically grout and clean tile gaps with only a press of a button and humans only having to remove tile spacers initially and reload grout and cleaning water. This would likely boost productivity by at least 10x with an ROI of a year or two for our clients. We are currently working on our industry ready prototype after initial successful tests integrating our software system with a physically moving tile grouting robot. As we are unlikely to make major changes to our designs, we have started the patent filing process so that we can take our prototype to industry trials in mid March.
