And what do we actually do? We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale. 🔍Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Prague (this location is mandatory). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with customers to help them achieve their goals and maximize the value of our solutions.

This position operates on a 2 PM – 10 PM shift to align with US business hours, ensuring seamless communication and support. You will act as a key bridge between our Prague and US offices, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating effective collaboration across both teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing proactive support and addressing customer needs.
  • Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process and provide training to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Customer Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the customer's advocate, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, product, support) to address customer feedback and improve our services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track customer success metrics and present insights to internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Success or similar role is a must.
  • Experience in the tech, SaaS, or IT industry is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to quickly address customer issues.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing customer data to track success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
