Productboard is seeking a growth oriented individual to be a member of the Productboard Go to Market Operations team. The Sr. Manager, GTM Systems & Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting the GTM team to achieve revenue goals and drive customer success. You will report to the VP, Global GTM Operations and be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our GTM organization. This includes implementing and maintaining the GTM Ops tech stack. You will work with GTM Leadership to understand the current processes leveraged by their respective teams and work to build the infrastructure to efficiently support them with an eye on continual process improvements. The tech stack you build and maintain should be capable of producing seamless reporting and insights for members of the Executive and Leadership teams. You are highly intelligent, hardworking, driven, passionate and highly coachable. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Administration of core GTM tech stack, such as SFDC, LeanData, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Work with GTM leadership to drive business outcomes through infrastructure; projects will require documenting requirements, scoping solutions, and developing solutions
  • Manage Salesforce Administrator in their day to day tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to build systems architecture with eye towards future scale but flexibility to solve current state business requirements
  • Ensure systems architecture is set up to drive reporting requirements and ability to create effective dashboards in Salesforce or other BI tools
  • Regularly evaluate new GTM Ops technologies in market with eye towards continual improvement and enhancement of GTM operational efficiency
  • Deliver complex projects across multiple work streams, building effective business partnerships, and leading successful process and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all GTM systems and tools
  • Overall management and execution of Salesforce-related infrastructure changes and records management
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success etc.) to build robust cross-functional processes and support cross-team handoffs acting as project owner
  • Partner with Enablement to create and disseminate tech/tools training
  • Own Vendor relationships and renewals for tooling.

Required Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial/Builder mindset. Strong communication skills.
  • Experience Implementing GTM systems around CPQ, CLM, and commissions
  • Analytical. Leverages data where possible to GTM process and productivity
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in GTM systems and business process operations
  • Expert proficiency in core revenue teck stack technologies such as SFDC, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and Gong
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data and translate into business insights
  • Good understanding of interconnectivity between systems allowing to perform upstream and downstream impact analysis from multiple stakeholders’ point of view
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to concisely explain complex cross-functional processes
  • Ability to create clear/simple documentation - process guides & diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder
  • Experience working for an innovative high growth tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salesforce Administration
  • Experience with technology stack (Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Gong, Clari, Looker)
  • People management experience
