Your Mission

You will be responsible for executing all HR transactions and administration, supporting the People/HR team, across all HR service categories, including HRIS data maintenance, payroll, reporting, global mobility, and more. This role will provide coverage and support as needed to our employees to ensure their HR-related questions are resolved.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Responsibility for personnel administration and documents related to employment
  • Employee benefits administration
  • Administration of trainings, ensuring their completion and accuracy
  • HRIS (BambooHR) data management, uploads, checks
  • Compile and complete the necessary documentation to support the visa process.
  • Entry employee medical examinations administration and takes care of other people connected health and safety tasks.
  • Assist and/or take care of new employee orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and non-employees agenda.
  • Help with internal communication and internal collaboration tools (Confluence).
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and enhancements with other areas within the People team
  • Other People Operations connected tasks defined by the manager.

What should you have to succeed?

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping HR information confidential.
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player and friendly attitude
  • Human Resources equivalent experience is a plus
  • HRIS or other system experience required, BambooHR experience is welcome
  • Solid knowledge of Czech labor law
  • Experience in a multinational work environment
  • Fluent in Czech and English language

  • The candidate needs to have a valid work permit for the Czech Republic
