We are building financial infrastructure used by banks and fintechs across emerging markets — at scale, in production, with real operational and commercial complexity. We are looking for a Mid–Senior Product Manager who is ready to own meaningful scope, make decisions, and drive measurable impact in a fast-moving environment.

This role is suited for someone who prefers ownership over process, and is comfortable working in a less structured scale-up environment.

🎯 How You Will Make an Impact

• Own a product domain end to end, from problem definition to delivery and measurable outcomes
• Turn business goals into clear product direction and execution
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term scalability
• Work directly with senior leadership and customers to shape priorities and commitments
• Drive product decisions using data, customer insight, and commercial impact
• Use AI tools and coding agents to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, mockups, requirement definition, and internal experimentation
• Create lightweight product prototypes, flows, and proof-of-concepts using modern AI-assisted tooling
• Work closely with engineering while increasingly operating in an AI-augmented product development environment

🧠 What We Look For

• 3–5+ years of experience in Agile product development, preferably as a Product Manager/PO, in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong business mindset with the ability to reason about value, cost, and impact
• Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy and making decisions
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and executives, both internally and customer-facing
• Clear, structured communicator, written and verbal
• Curiosity and willingness to actively use AI tools in day-to-day product work
• Comfortable using modern AI-assisted workflows for prototyping, analysis, documentation, or early solution exploration
• Ability to translate ideas into fast mockups, workflows, or functional prototypes using AI-enabled tools is a strong plus

Experience in fintech, core banking systems, or AI-enabled products is a strong plus, but not a requirement.

🧩 How we work

We believe product management is rapidly evolving with AI-assisted development. Product Managers at Oradian are expected to actively use modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, documentation, workflow design, and internal product exploration.This does not replace engineering depth, but it does increase the level of ownership and execution expected from product teams.

🌍 Location & Travel

• Remote in EU or South East Asia
• A few planned trips per year to our Zagreb office
• Customer travel as needed, based on business priorities (primarily Asia and Africa)
