We build financial infrastructure for banks and fintechs across emerging markets, supporting institutions that serve more than 25 million end customers. We’re now building practical AI products and internal tools across workflows, interfaces, and decision-support use cases.We’re looking for a strong builder who can turn AI ideas into working products fast. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI workflows, and product thinking. You’ll take real use cases from concept to prototype, ship quickly, and help shape where AI creates the most leverage across the business.

This is not a research role or a pure data science role. It’s an applied role for someone who can use LLMs, coding agents, APIs, data, and sound judgment to build fast and build well.

What you’ll do

• Build AI-powered POCs and internal tools
• Turn ambiguous ideas into working prototypes
• Design end-to-end AI workflows across data, prompts, tools, APIs, and UI
• Build practical decision logic, prioritization systems, explanations, and guardrails
• Partner with Product on discovery, validation, and iteration
• Distinguish what can be solved with prompting and engineering from what requires deeper ML investment
• Own implementation quality across reliability, maintainability, and usability

You might be a fit if you

• Have hands-on experience building with LLMs
• Have hands-on experience using coding agents to accelerate prototyping, implementation, and iteration
• Are comfortable with SQL and messy real-world data
• Know how to design prompts, structured outputs, and tool-driven workflows
• Have strong product instincts and can ship quickly without losing sight of usability and quality

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, evals, or orchestration frameworks
• Have strong hands-on software engineering skills in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript
• Fintech, lending, or workflow-tooling experience
