At Oradian we build financial infrastructure used by banks and fintechs across emerging markets. Our platform supports institutions that collectively serve more than 25 million end customers.

In this role, you will build AI capabilities in the fintech ecosystem across Southeast Asia and Africa.

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager who can take AI capabilities from idea to production. The role requires strong product sense, hands-on technical understanding of AI systems, and someone comfortable building 0→1 products in a fast-moving environment

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the development of AI-powered products and capabilities from 0→1, from problem discovery to production
• Identify opportunities where AI can create operational or commercial value for financial institutions
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to design and ship AI-driven features
• Define product strategy, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks for AI initiatives
• Work directly with customers and senior leadership to shape priorities and validate product value

What We Look For

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience working with AI systems (LLMs, ML models, data pipelines, or AI infrastructure)
• Proven experience building 0→1 products or major new capabilities
• Strong product sense — the ability to identify valuable problems and turn them into impactful products
• Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy and making decisions
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and executives
• Clear, structured communicator, written and verbal
• Experience in fintech, financial infrastructure, or core banking systems is a strong plus.

Location & Travel

• Remote, or based in our Zagreb office
• A few planned trips per year to our Zagreb office
• Customer visits to financial institutions in Southeast Asia and Africa
