About the Role

The Senior Technical Implementation Consultant is responsible for ensuring the technical readiness, stability, and implementation-level quality of Oradian’s Core Banking System implementations. This role represents Oradian’s technical and quality authority during delivery. It focuses on environment readiness, configuration validation, system behaviour testing, and implementation-level QA across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities


Analysis & Design – Technical Readiness

  • Participate in technical discovery sessions with customer IT teams.
  • Review implementation scope from a technical readiness and testability perspective.
  • Align with the Implementation Lead on acceptance criteria and go-live readiness expectations.
  • Identify early technical and quality risks related to configuration, environments, or system behaviour.
  • Data migration planning and support
  • Integration scoping, planning and support

Build & Configuration – Early Validation

  • Validate Oradian environment setup and configuration during build phases.
  • Support early testing and focused regression checks on core banking flows.
  • Flag quality and stability issues early, before they surface in UAT.
  • Review outputs provided by customers or system integrators (e.g. migrated data samples, test results) and highlight gaps or concerns.

UAT & Hardening – Implementation-Level QA

  • Act as Oradian’s implementation-level quality checkpoint during UAT.
  • Support defect triage, helping distinguish between:
    - configuration issues
    - platform behaviour
    - client- or SI-owned issues
  • Validate that fixes do not introduce regressions or break existing flows.
  • Confirm technical and quality readiness ahead of go-live.

Go-Live & Hypercare

  • Participate in go-live readiness reviews and final checklists.
  • Provide technical and quality support during cutover and early live operations.
  • Support incident triage during hypercare from an Oradian-side perspective.
  • Contribute to a clean, structured handover to Support once stability is confirmed.

Internal Collaboration & Improvement

  • Work closely with Implementation Leads, Project Managers, Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Contribute to delivery checklists, readiness criteria, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of implementation practices and quality controls.

About You

Experience

  • 6–9+ years in technical implementation, platform consulting, fintech delivery, or quality-focused roles.
  • Experience working with complex SaaS platforms or financial systems.
  • Previous involvement in customer-facing implementation projects.
  • Exposure to core banking systems or regulated financial platforms is a strong advantage.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to validate system behaviour and configuration quality.
  • Confidence reviewing and challenging outputs delivered by customers or system integrators.
  • Familiarity with UAT processes, defect triage, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field preferred
