As our new VP of Marketing, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing innovative, multi-channel campaigns that not only attract new leads but also foster meaningful connections with our existing clients. With your strategic vision and deep understanding of product positioning and messaging, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth strategy, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our customer acquisition and revenue objectives.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our next phase of growth, delivering sales-ready leads and propelling us towards the achievement of our customer acquisition and revenue targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to generate demand for our solutions among our target audiences, focusing on highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits of our products.
- Lead the strategic direction of our website, ensuring that it effectively communicates our product offerings and drives conversions through compelling messaging and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to understand market needs and competitive landscape, informing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive the creation of high-quality content and collateral to support product launches, sales enablement, and customer education initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Utilize market research, customer insights, and analytics to continuously refine our product marketing approach and optimize campaign performance.
Competencies:
- Deep understanding of product marketing principles and best practices, with a track record of successfully launching and positioning enterprise software products.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, demand generation, and sales pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
Skills
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, preferably including HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take a hands-on approach to achieving results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
