Role Overview:
As a Presales Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales and ensuring the success of complex solutions. Your mission? To close the deal from a technical perspective. You'll be an integral part of our sales team, covering everything from tech demos to pilot projects and proof of concepts.


  • 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Field Engineering, or Professional Services
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the B2B enterprise sector
  • A knack for tech demos, PoCs, and tech education
  • Previous experience in a VC-backed company
  • Knowledge of APIs

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Expertise in location technology and RTLS solutions (BLE, Wifi)
  • Experience with networking or technology infrastructure products, especially Wifi
  • Basic programming skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support our global sales team with a primary focus on US customers and partners
  • Collaborate closely with application partners on solution deployments
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for products and services
  • Design and deploy location services solutions using products and partner Wifi infrastructure
  • Conduct site surveys, document solutions, install equipment, perform acceptance testing, and train customers
  • Deliver training to sales teams, customers, and partners as needed
  • Coordinate solution deployments with various stakeholders
  • Craft specific solution concepts for new and existing markets
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communications
