About The Role
IP Fabric’s People Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our day-to-day people operations run smoothly across our international team. In this position, you will support core HR processes, including payroll, employee lifecycle administration, and HR systems, while collaborating closely with Finance and other internal teams.
You will be part of a small, supportive team environment where you can learn and grow.
This is a part-time role, with a commitment of 6 hours per day.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the CZ payroll cycle and support UK and US payroll processes, acting as the primary point of contact for external payroll providers.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Oversee contract management, including preparation and coordination of signatures.
- Manage HRIS (HiBob), including reporting, system configuration, and data integrity.
- Administer employee benefits and HR-related platforms (e.g., benefits portals, OHS systems).
- Support a variety of HR administrative and organizational initiatives, including preparing presentations, creating Confluence content, and contributing to cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team.
What You'll Need
- At least 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Czech payroll processes, the Czech Labour Code, and employment administration.
- Willingness to support and gradually take over full ownership of UK and US payroll processes.
- Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob or similar) and good overall system literacy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when working with employees and managers.
- Proactive and reliable, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in HR.
- Comfortable working in an international environment; English proficiency required.
