About The Role
Our Lead Tech Recruiter role is a great opportunity for those who want to take end-to-end hiring ownership for our Engineering department and be the backbone of its success. We want you to tell us how to hire the best tech talent.
What You’ll Do
- You lead our effort in tech recruiting and act, company-wide, as the go-to person for all topics related to talent attraction and acquisition in Engineering.
- You create and implement a compelling talent attraction and acquisition strategies for our Engineering roles.
- You own the end-to-end recruiting process for our engineering roles, both at individual contributor and managerial levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate and stakeholder management, offer process, and preboarding.
- You design and drive the consistent adoption of best practices in tech recruiting, particularly sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
- You identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- You proactively partner with leaders from the Engineering organization to address hiring needs and find ways how we can support their business goals.
- You drive our employer-branding effort and ensure a high degree of visibility among our target groups, through channels like events, social media, website, and similar.
- You maintain all relevant data in our ATS and leverage reporting to create an effective, equitable, and transparent recruiting process.
- As an individual contributor, you closely collaborate with the other Lead Recruiters in our team to continuously improve our recruiting practices and create a consistent, best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
What You'll Need
- You come with a strong track record in recruiting Engineering roles of all seniority levels in an international environment: Backend Developers; Frontend Developers; QA; DevOps and similar.
- You come with a relevant network of candidates on the Czech market and beyond and you know the competitive landscape in and out.
- You have proven experience in employer branding and talent attraction, including the organization of events to make sure we are visible among our target audience.
- You are aware of the latest best practices and trends in tech recruiting and have successfully implemented those with a sense of pragmatism and business acumen.
- You embrace data and metrics to report and influence decision-making.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English and Czech, and other languages such as Polish, Ukrainian, Portuguese, or Spanish are a significant plus.
- You are both able to manage yourself but also act as a team player.
