Digital Designer Role:

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team to support all our creative projects and efforts and help ensure brand development and visual consistency. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on various projects spanning many mediums, including graphics, illustration, or animation, and will enjoy owning creative projects from start to finish, working on them both by themselves or with the support of external agencies where needed. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design, hierarchy, problem-solving, layout, typography, and substantial verbal and written communication skills. They will need to be a proactive individual, who can process, react to, and solve problems as they arise on tight deadlines in a team environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation:

• Design and produce high-quality digital assets including website graphics, social media content, email templates, banners, and online ads.
• Create assets for the website.
• Create multimedia content such as animations, motion graphics, and video edits.
• Create collateral material for events.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Work closely with the Digital Lead to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Collaborative Projects:

• Partner with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute digital campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for digital design strategies.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Communicate project progress and updates to the Digital Lead and other departments.

Skills & Experience Required

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) proficiently to create and edit digital content.
• Have some basic knowledge of print design
• Some knowledge of using AI tools such as Midjourney and ChatGPT or similar.
