As our BDR Leader, you will help us build and scale a high-performing Business Development Team comprised of the best talent, exceed pipeline goals, and prepare BDRs to become best-in-class within the industry. You will serve a critical role in driving the growth of IP Fabric’s enterprise offering. You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team engaging in outbound sales campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone.

You will assist BDRs in scheduling enterprise meetings within our target accounts for our growing sales team. Additionally, you will ensure inbound inquiries generated by IP Fabric’s GTM efforts are addressed in a timely manner. You and your team will also help support channel, event, and webinar efforts as needed. You will coach BDRs to respond to prospects' questions and ensure every BDR is generating quality opportunities within their pipeline. You will ensure the BDR/AE/Channel relationship stays strong. You will also work closely with Marketing on campaign management.

IP Fabric utilizes a rich tech stack that allows BDRs to work efficiently and generate results.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the VP Global Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Building, scaling and managing a high-performing team of 3+ BDRs who consistently overachieve on aggressive goals and will become future leaders at IP Fabric.
  • Owning and driving execution of IP Fabric’s new business pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across the Enterprise segment.
  • Recruiting, coaching, motivating, and mentoring a team of BDRs in our Boston office to ensure that they overachieve quota.
  • Conducting weekly 1-2-1 with each BDR to drive pipeline, outline career progress, and establish retention of company values.
  • Identifying and making recommendations to help improve productivity, efficiency, and process.
  • Working closely with sales & marketing to ensure that opportunities generated by BDRs are high quality and converting to the next pipeline stage.
  • Working closely with Data Analysts to ensure you have an accurate pulse on your team metrics.
  • Collaborating with product marketing to share BDR team uses cases and best practices.
  • Ensure efficient and successful onboarding of new BDRs.
  • Building relationships with each team member and understand their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Learning current BDR process - what works, what doesn’t?
