As the Personal Assistant to our CEO and the heartbeat of our Boston office, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team.
This position involves:
- Efficiently organizing and managing the CEO's schedule, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing key engagements.
- Planning and coordinating meetings, both internal and external, ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared and briefed on relevant matters.
- Facilitating travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, with a keen eye for cost-effectiveness.
- Handling email correspondence, filtering and managing the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses, and flagging urgent matters, if required.
- Taking charge of the brand-new Boston office, managing office equipment and infrastructure including tasks such as mail collection, communication with building management, answering incoming calls, ordering supplies and overall office organization.
- Working closely with the CEO to support our expansion efforts in the US, playing a crucial role in our global success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Trustworthiness, reliability and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and startup culture is a plus.
