About IP Fabric

Named Gartner Cool Vendor in Network Automation for 2022, IP Fabric is an emerging technology capturing the minds of critical network infrastructure engineers across Europe and the US by enumerating and modelling the behavior of their entire global networks. We have grown revenue exponentially for four years in a row, now spanning from the US to Prague, The Czech Republic and beyond.

IP Fabric's company vision is to define and lead the technology space of Network Assurance. To realize this vision, we are looking for the sharpest business minds to join us and grow as part of our distributed team.

About the role

This is not a typical support role. We are mainly resolving L2+ support issues.

We are looking for network engineers (troubleshooting masters) who can troubleshoot network issues from the show command outputs and other sources, and replicate and correctly describe network issues that our customers are facing.

Support team also helps with the manual product testing to add more variability to the job and enhance understanding of the product.

Our customer's networks are big and give us complex and very interesting challenges.

We offer flexible working hours with expectation to work 40 hours per week.

Support team members perform on-call duties. On-call duty is rotated on a weekly basis. During such shift, one has to be reachable via phone and have access to a computer with internet to be able to solve customer issues. Notably, on-call duties exclusively involve Critical and High priority issues, which are merely about 1% of all tickets received (8 such tickets in the last 3 months).
