Who we need

We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales or customer support who are eager to grow their careers in sales support further. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are properly onboarded and are achieving their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them understand the full potential of GoodVision’s products.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Renewals: Manage the renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
  • Account Management: Maintain regular communication with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling GoodVision’s solutions.
  • Customer Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, support requests, and renewals in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Experience with customer success, support, sales, or related field.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to have
  • Excels in writing product documentation
  • Familiar with SCRUM methodology
