About The Role and Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fiat Republic, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for driving outbound sales efforts while also managing and qualifying inbound leads. Your primary mission is to generate high-quality opportunities for our Sales team by engaging with crypto-native businesses, fintechs, and Web3 firms that can benefit from our fiat banking infrastructure.
Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting (Primary Focus)
- Proactively identify, research, and reach out to high-potential crypto businesses using various outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and networking).
- Create and execute personalized outbound campaigns that effectively engage decision-makers and generate interest in Fiat Republic’s solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the Sales team.
- Track outreach activities and engagement metrics in HubSpot to refine and improve conversion rates.
Inbound Lead Qualification (Secondary Focus)
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of inbound leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by understanding their needs and aligning them with Fiat Republic’s value proposition.
- Work with marketing to optimize inbound lead conversion strategies.
Prospect Engagement & Qualification
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, challenges, and fit with Fiat Republic’s banking infrastructure.
- Use active listening and questioning techniques to identify pain points and position Fiat Republic’s value proposition effectively.
- Nurture and develop relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
Collaboration & Pipeline Management
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads and a seamless transition in the sales cycle.
- Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and refine outreach messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, leads, and pipeline activities in HubSpot.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience (preferably in fintech, crypto, or SaaS).
- Strong ability to conduct cold outreach and engage decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- A passion for crypto, fintech, and payments is a plus.
