About the role

We are looking for a highly autonomous and experienced RevOps Scientist / RevOps Engineer to lead & implement data science across the Revenue function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Bring data science to the revenue function with insights, analytics and forecasting/planning. Develop algorithms that better predict growth, focus, and investments.

  • Develop & operationalise a new lead scoring system that defines & predicts upselling opportunities and profiles, outbound & inbound personas and where to invest for lead acquisition.

  • Implementation of our Enterprise Self-serve product workflow to continuously provide a top-notch experience to our customers.

  • Execute analytical experiments to help solve problems across various geographies and industries.

  • Strategic projects: lead strategic projects that shape the revenue team; from automated pricing per market & vertical to AI CSMs.

  • Automations & optimisation of workflows: Own key automations and optimisations that will help the Revenue team deliver 2x more results.

What you bring

  • +7 years experience in a data science role.

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning libraries.

  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

  • Autonomous and Execution-focused mindset.

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
