Enough about us - now, let's talk about you:
You will be a key driver in the top of funnel motions - owning both inbound and outbound pipelines and helping us scale bookings, demos, webinars, events, and targeted account-based campaigns. You’ll work closely across marketing, sales, and growth teams to execute high-impact demand-generation strategies and build pipeline from scratch and at scale.
What You’ll Own:
Generating pipeline via inbound leads: booking calls, scheduling demos, managing lead qualification and hand-off to sales.
Generating pipeline via outbound: identifying and engaging target accounts, prospecting, outreach coordination with sales development teams.
Planning, executing and measuring webinars, events, and affiliate programs: helping bring the brand to market via live and virtual formats.
Driving account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives: creating and executing campaigns targeted at specific named accounts, coordinating with marketing and sales for personalization and follow-through.
Collaborating with growth / SDR / junior growth teams to refine processes, optimize conversion, track metrics, and iterate for improvement.
Who You Are:
You have ~4-5 years of professional experience in roles such as SDR, demand generation, account-based marketing, or junior growth.
You’re comfortable working both inbound and outbound with a strong bias for action and results.
You’ve organised or helped organise webinars/webcasts/events and managed affiliate or partner-based programs (or are excited by the idea).
You’re excited about ABM campaigns — thinking in terms of target accounts, personalization, outreach, coordination across functions.
You’re collaborative, take ownership, and work transparently across teams.
You can thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, and iterate quickly.
You have strong communication skills and can convert strategy into execution.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous experience working in a SaaS B2B environment with pipeline generation responsibilities.
Familiarity with marketing/sales tools such as CRM, outreach platforms, event/webinar platforms, ABM tooling.
Experience with metrics & dashboards: e.g., conversions, pipeline by channel, ABM metrics.
