📍 Europe (Prague or remote)

We started Deepnote to help data teams solve the most difficult problems. To do that, we don’t just need better algorithms, bigger datasets and more computing power. We need powerful tools that help us explore, reason, and collaborate. These tools do not exist yet. We need to invent them first.

We are working on a next generation computational medium and have customers like Gusto, DAZN, Webflow, Ramp, Harvard University, and hundreds more on this journey with us. We’re building out the core team and we're looking for kind and curious people ready to grow with us.

About you

We're looking for an experienced and strategic growth lead to spearhead our user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. You'll work on some of the most difficult problems in the field. We don't expect you to be an expert on everything, but we do expect you to learn fast and take the lead. You will help our growth team discover new insights and initiatives to work on, you will own the metrics, and set the goals for us to pursue.

Experience in growth roles and driving growth strategies in a B2B SaaS company.
Proven track record of successfully scaling user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
Strong data analysis and experimentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience with growth hacking methodologies, A/B testing, and user research techniques.

Bonus points

You have basic skills with SQL and Python.
You have experience in data analysis and/or data science.
You have worked on notebooks, visualizations, BI tools, or data pipelines.

What you'll work on

Develop and execute Deepnote's growth strategy across all stages of the user journey.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and growth opportunities.
Leverage data, user research, and market insights to identify areas for growth experimentation and optimization.
Define growth goals, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure success and iterate on growth initiatives.
Oversee the growth tech stack, including experimentation platforms, analytics tools, and growth infrastructure.
Push the team towards meeting the defined growth metrics.
