We started Deepnote to help data teams solve the most difficult problems. To do that, we don’t just need better algorithms, bigger datasets and more computing power. We need powerful tools that help us to explore, reason, and collaborate. These tools do not exist yet. We need to invent them first.

We are working on a next generation computational medium and have customers like Gusto, DAZN, Webflow, Ramp, Harvard University, and hundreds more on this journey with us. We’re building out the core team and we're looking for kind and curious people ready to grow with us.

About you

We're looking for sales development representative to help scale our business and drive adoption of Deepnote among data teams. We have the best data notebook on the market with 100,000s of passionate users and you'll be responsible for finding novel ways to reach even more people from our target audience. This role combines consistency, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ideal for someone passionate about selling a technical product to a technical audience.

1+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or growth roles in a B2B SaaS company.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages. C1 level of written and spoken English.
Quick technical adaptability and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection. Persistent and proactive approach to follow-ups and closing deals.
Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.

Bonus points

You have basic skills with SQL and Python.
You have experience in data analysis and/or data science.
Basic understanding of data science & tech concepts
You have worked on notebooks, visualizations, BI tools, or data pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

What you'll work on

Generate new business opportunities that fit our target customer profile.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in reaching customers who can benefit from Deepnote’s product offering.
Consistently represent our product, brand and company in a way that makes us all proud and quickly and effectively demonstrates to the customer how we can help their business.
Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure success. Partner with Sales manager to nurture new business opportunities
Report to our head of sales with the amount of created opportunities and meetings set for Account Executive.
