Cyber Security and Functional Safety Manager

As a Cyber Security and Functional Safety Manager of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on automotive projects in a pioneer industry and also be the key member in developing state-of-the-art engineering processes. Responsibilities:

• Lead improvement process activities related to Cyber Security Management System
• Lead improvement process activities related to Road vehicles — Functional safety (ISO26262) and Safety of Intended Functionality (ISO/PAS 21448) Standard
• Collaborate and manage external consultant activities and track the improvement of process activities
• Direct communication and negotiation of Cyber Security AND/OR Functional Safety relevant topics to external and internal Stakeholders
• Monitor V2X industry-relevant regulation changes (including customer non-functional requirements) to maintain State of the Art processes within the Quality Management System
• Provide project support on Cyber Security Management System related processes
• Provide training, coaching, supporting, and feedback to the development process owners and engineering teams in process development activities
• Regularly perform process-related internal assessments, audits, and gap analysis
• Assist in the preparation and as needed participate in external and internal audits/ assessments

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate actively works in the automotive cyber security field AND/OR automotive functional safety AND has at least 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry
• Have a deep understanding on the demand of UNECE REG 155/156, ISO/SAE 21434 standard AND/OR ISO26262, ISO/PAS 21448. Familiar with automotive cyber security process methods such as CIA, TARA, AND/OR familiar with automotive functional safety process methods DIA, Design FMEA, HARA, etc...
• Good understanding of software quality concepts and processes
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE
• Proactivity, reliability, flexibility, assertiveness with good negotiation and collaboration skills. Critical thinking, high accuracy/punctuality
• Ability to work independently, set priority, stay on and finish tasks
• Proactivity, reliability, flexibility, assertiveness with good negotiation and collaboration skills
• Comprehending the importance of customer feedback management
• Good communication skills, fluent in English
