People Operations Partner

As a People Operations Partner of the team, you will have the opportunity to help develop employee experience, and careers and build a work culture of mutual trust to ensure a safe environment. In this challenging role, you will have the room to create new frameworks and processes from scratch and also support the HR operations activities. This position is ideal for you if you are extremely precise and enthusiastic about high-quality results, and you are confident when you have to represent your opinion to different stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

 

 Handle l labor law and payroll processes with internal partners (occasionally in various countries)

Handle the full employee lifecycle HR administration, coordinate the on- and off-boarding of employees, prepare the necessary paperwork, and keep the employee database up-to-date (paper based and digital)

Navigate and resolve employee relations issues

Assure and provide ideas in  HR processes, policies such as onboarding process, annual performance appraisals, individual development plans, training plans, etc., and make sure their application is in line with the local legislation. 

Participate in  performance reviews, compensation package changes, and bonus evaluations

● Collect training and individual development needs, creating development plans, and organizing training

 Support team bonding: organizing team-building activities for the whole company, mediating conflicts, etc.

 Ensure legal compliance mainly in Hungary, with a potential to look at other countries and learn new practices, e.g. Germany, USA, China

 Provide accurate and precise HR reporting

 

Requirements:

3+ years of work experience in a similar role

  Hands-on experience  mainly in Hungarian payroll and labor law

Fluency in English 

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Assertive, well-organized personality

Ability to adapt to changes quickly

 

 

Advantages:
