The opportunity:

Ami is the AI-powered platform for frontline recruitment. Our AI agents already interview, compliance-check, and support tens of thousands of frontline care workers and nurses per month. The world is changing rapidly: AI cuts 95% of the hiring funnel, but it also lets candidates flood companies with volume. We solve both sides - and our clients love us. In a world of AI-powered over-promises, we’re delivering.

We're growing 40% month on month with a live pipeline of mid-to-enterprise deals. The product sells- what's missing is someone to own the commercial engine end to end. First outreach to signed contract. Positioning to pricing. CRM to forecast. You'll shape how we sell, feed what you learn straight back into the product, and build the function around you.

This is a career maker. We're already hiring the next two commercial hires, you'll help us pick them and set the standard they work to. We want someone with massive potential who can grow with us.

What you’ll do:

• Split the book with the CEO. Take on as much as you can land
• Run the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, pilots, procurement navigation, and close. Pull in partners where you need them and use AI to build leverage
• Build the playbook with the CEO: messaging, pricing, objection handling, CRM, dashboards, forecasting
• Shape the product with engineering — you're the bridge from customer to dev
• Design and run pilots that prove ROI, then convert them to contracts
• Lay the foundation for a sales function others will join. Then hire them.

About You:

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in health-tech, HR/recruitment tech, or workforce platforms. Selling AI features or products is a must.
• You're a hunter: confident self-sourcing pipeline, not waiting for leads
• You've built from nothing before, not just inherited a book
• Strong on consultative selling, ROI storytelling, and navigating complex procurement
• Comfortable in ambiguity, energised by ownership, loves hacking around and building things
• Based in the UK with ability to be in London regularly

Desired:

• Sold into NHS, local authorities, or care providers - or at least complex, regulated environments before
• Startup experience where you helped build the GTM motion
• Genuine interest in AI and what it can do for frontline workforces
