Delight people
(= our users = software engineers) using our products and answer technical questions over chat, email, Twitter,
or by jumping on a quick call
Shape the user experience
of our products. By talking with our customers daily, you'll know what matters to them the most. Help make our
tools the vehicle through which the engineering magic happens
Engage with product and engineering teams
and help drive product improvements and collaborate closely with the customer success and sales teams
Bring your unique perspective
on how to solve the challenges that our customers may come across
You are a
fast learner grasping unfamiliar concepts with ease.
You don't need to have a technical background – we'll teach you everything you need to know
You have
native-level English skills
– both written and spoken form
You would like to help us build a love brand (we're proud of the way we
treat our customers)
You are
independent, resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Other functions such as sales, marketing, growth, customer success or operations interest you and are also on your radar
You'd like to work full-time or part-time. We've found that 25 hours per week is a great minimum to make sure we
can cover onboarding effectively
You are ideally
based in Prague
or close by (we would like to build this foundational team onsite in our hacker house in Vinohrady –
that doesn't mean you can't work remotely when you want or need to)
Veronika,
our co-founder & COO, who was previously at Google and Shopify.
Annie,
who is the heart and soul of our customer service team and was previously leading initiatives at the European
Space Agency. She will be your partner in crime throughout your onboarding and on.
Filip,
who is the microscopic investigator in our customer service team, can fix close to anything, as well as take
2-week-long on-calls duties (not that you'll have to!).
Our amazing engineers, whose wizard-level skills help solve any technical problem and are always willing to help.
