Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Marketing Specialist Manager — will be conducting market research and customer insights, product positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct deep market research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors. This includes gathering and analyzing customer feedback, identifying customer pain points, and understanding the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine the product’s value proposition, positioning, and messaging. This involves creating compelling narratives that differentiate the product in the market and resonate with the target audience, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches or updates. This includes coordinating with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a successful rollout. The specialist needs to outline the tactics, timelines, and metrics for measuring success.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and content they need to sell the product effectively. This involves creating pitch decks, product demos, FAQs, and other sales support materials, as well as conducting training sessions to ensure the sales team can communicate the product’s value effectively.
  • Landing pages: own all copy and messaging on our landing pages / used for demand gen

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 (5+ preferred) years of experience in product marketing in the B2B software sector.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing tooling such as HubSpot, Webflow, and Google Analytics is a plus.
