Archbee is a platform that technical teams from companies such as Adobe, Cisco, Bosch, and Red Bull use to build documentation portals and answer user and developer questions instantly with Generative AI. Archbee also helps customers in various industries, including SaaS, dev tools, web3/crypto, and hardware.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts of B2B audiences,ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company’s products:

Key Responsabilities:

  • Ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes with our product
  • Involved in the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring continuous value delivery
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can use the product effectively
  • Regularly engage with customers to provide ongoing support, gather feedback, and address any issues before they become problems
  • Monitor product usage to identify trends and opportunities for further adoption and value realization
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company, relaying feedback to product and development teams to drive improvements
  • Measure how well the company retains its customers over time
  • Gauge customer satisfaction and likelihood of recommending the product
  • Monitor the rate at which customers stop using the product or service
  • Track how effectively customers are using the product features

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English language is a must, verbal and written, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices / HubSpot
  • Understanding of the SaaS industry and its target audiences
